Giving up on the people who have given up on me

I don’t count my total calories for the day but I do try and stick to foods that are low in calories
I live off fresh fruits, vegetables, tuna, chicken, lean cuts of meat (but i try and avoid red meat at dinner time because i find it harder to digest) cut down on carbs, wholegrains, drink 2-3L of water per day (my face has never been clearer!), nuts (almonds), no sweets, treats and alcohol - but I do have a cheat day on Saturday if need be. I also eat smaller portions of food more frequently rather than 3 big meals a day. I do eat an early dinner just so it gives my body a bit more time to digest and if I feel peckish later in the evening I have a cup of green tea and perhaps maybe some almonds and assorted veggies (carrots, celery) cut up. It just depends :)
